We have developed a unique approach allowing us to find and to leverage each student's individual strengths and to help them to use their strengths to build confidence and to fall in love with the magic world of science and technology.

We have classes with two different approaches to the learning process serving two major groups of students:
- students who are happier and are the most productive in group projects guided by instructors
- students who are learning at the fastest pace and are producing the most impressive results when they select their own individual projects and ask instructors to guide them through difficult parts of their projects
