ON-GOING YEAR-ROUND ENROLLMENT

      Students can start at any time. Our experienced teacher will discuss desired programs and will determine current skills level of a student to recommend the best classes and level to join.

CONTINUOUS EDUCATION PROGRAMS (paid monthly on the 1st of a month)
6-WEEK ADVANCED CLASSES (paid per session)
SINGLE TIME MASTER CLASSES (paid per event)

 

PAYMENTS

​

     Tuition for monthly classes is a monthly tuition regardless of the number of weeks or holidays in any month.  

 

     Tuition is paid by Debit/Credit Card Auto Pay on the first of the month. All payments are done through your portal.

TRIAL CLASSES

First time trial class is $40 for 2 hour class.

After trial, if student and parents decide to continue, monthly rate is applied, prorated for partial month if applicable, and $40 paid for the trial class are deducted from the tuition.

MONTHLY TUITION RATES

Levels 1 & 2

One 2 hour Class a week  $185.00 per Month

Two 2hour Classes a week $320.00 per Month

Levels 3 & 4

1 Class a week $210 per Month for Level 3 & 4

2 Classes a week $350.00 per Month for Level 3 & 4

While most of our students are enrolled into monthly programs, sometimes there are special circumstances or emergencies families experience. An exception from monthly tuition can be granted and a student can temporarily switch to drop off rate.
Drop off rate is $55 for 2 hour class for levels 1 & 2 and $60 for 2 hour class for levels 3 & 4

LOYALTY DISCOUNTS & MONTHLY RATE LOCK

     For students enrolled 10 months or longer throughout a 12 month period:

• Annual Registration fee is waived

• Monthly rate is locked for up to 12 months*

• 11th subsequent month is discounted 20%

• 12th month subsequent is discounted 30%
  * Monthly rate lock is protection from monthly rate increases during 12 month period from the date student enrolled into the program. Monthly rate lock is granted to students enrolled continuously and is revoked if:
    - student takes a 30 days or longer break without a 30 day notice
  - student drops off the program or takes 60 days break or longer

     Registration fees are billed annually. If you discontinue all classes for any reason for more than a month and then return, you will be required to pay the registration fee upon re-enrolling.

 

LATE FEE

​

    Monthly payments are due on the first of the month. There is a $35 late fee if your payment is 5 or more days late.

NOTICE TO TAKE A MONTH (OR LONGER) BREAK OR DROP

​

 As we invest a lot in time, energy, and passion in our programs for students we kindly ask for a 30-day notice if student takes month or longer vacation or decides to drop.

If a 30-day notice for a month or longer break notice is not given, or if break is 60 days or longer, student will automatically disenroll from the program, will also loose loyalty discounts, monthly rate lock and will need to pay registration fee to enroll into the program again (provided class has available spots).

 ABSENCES and MAKE-UP POLICIES

    Make-ups are intended to help your child to continue developing and engaging in the program.
  If a student is absent during a class, we offer a make up class subject to conditions below:
  1) Programs paid monthly:
      Make up classes spots can be requested in any class of student's level within 90 days of absence as long as student is still actively enrolled in the program.

       In extremely rare circumstance if a teacher has an emergency and can not teach a class, next 4 classes will be extended 30 min to provide students with learning material missed during such missed class. Based on availability, other choices of make up classes will be offered to students.

   2) Programs paid per 6 week session:
       Students will be offered take-home learning material and homework for a missed class and an office hour for teacher to help with any questions.

  3) Programs paid per event: "No shows" without an important reason will result in no make up offered. If there was an important reason for a missed event, a free placement in the next similar event within 90 days of a missed event may be offered to students who missed an event, subject to availability of spots in such events.

    No credit or refund is given for absences, tuition, registration, events, tickets, camp fees, workshop fees, or master-classes.

COMPETITIONS

We can occasionally offer optional participation in competitions. If student chooses not to participate in the competitions, he or she will still be able to participate 100% in our classes and to receive the same knowledge and skills training.

​

If a student chooses to be in a competition, there is a requirement to have good classes and mandatory practices attendance.
